We have had a very slow year fundraising for 2010 but we have still managed so send some funds off to P.W.S.A. We have decided at the moment to put things on-hold. As a committee have young children and other commitments and unfortunately are unable to concentrate on our fundraising efforts. This is not the end for us.

AUGUST - Quiz Nite \\\'There’s something About Welshpool’ at the Westwood was huge success with 15 teams entering. The total amount raised from the quiz, raffle and winners donating some of their prize money was £140.50. To the charity’s surprise a very kind pledge was made from local business Gungrog Shop when they announced they would more than double the amount pledging £150.00, boosting a record breaking £290.50.
APRIL - Coffee Morning we raised £169.39 with raffle, cake & book stall.
APRIL - Quiz Night raised £169 with raffle.
JANUARY - Cadbury - we were one of the very lucky six charities chosen to receive a donation from the local factory, a whooping £962.00.
On-going bonus ball which raises £9 per week.
2006 - £66.15 was raised from raffling off a donated rugby shirt
2007 - BBQ & Band night held at the Westwood Hotel raised £420.
